Each Valencia Bed Frame is handcrafted to order, with time and care poured into every detail. Standard delivery is estimated between 4–6 weeks, but we always aim to deliver within 2–4 weeks where possible, depending on location and availability.

We recommend using our dedicated 2-man delivery team, who will deliver and place your bed in the room of your choice — making the process smooth and effortless. Of course, you're welcome to handle setup at your own pace if you prefer.

Our current delivery lead time is approximately 2–4 weeks. We will contact you with the relevant delivery information when your order is ready.

Delivery Charges

Zone A: Free delivery to postcodes in England and Wales, excluding postcodes listed in Zones C and D.

Zone B — Free: DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA excluding KA27 and KA28, KY, ML, TD, AB1–16, AB21–25, AB30, AB39, PA1–19 and PH1–3.

Zone C — £12.00: AB31–38, AB40–56, IV1–28, IV30–32, IV36–40, IV52–54, IV63, KW1–14, PA21–38, PH4–41, PH49–50 and BT.

Zone D — £19.99: HS, IV41–49, IV51, IV55–56, KA27–28, KW15–17, PA20, PA41–49, PA60–78, PH42–44, ZE, IM and the Channel Islands.

SK Luxury Home operates a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To request a return, email skluxurylivingltd@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions explaining how and where to send your item. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

If you suspect that the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, either refuse the delivery or record the damage when signing for it. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate.
